We don't screen, background-check, or vouch for anyone — so caregivers keep 100% of what they earn, and you stay in control of who you hire. Common questions

Is Sakina Care really free?
Browsing, listing, and contacting are free. Caregivers can optionally pay for a "Sponsored" placement at the top of their metro's results — those are always labeled. We never charge families, and we never take a percentage of what a caregiver earns.
Do you background-check the caregivers?
No — and be wary of any directory that vaguely implies it does. Every listing here is written by the person who posted it. Before hiring anyone, verify ID, call references, and run your own background check (they cost $20–40 online). Our safety checklist walks you through it.
What kind of care can I find here?
Non-medical home care: companionship, personal care, overnight and live-in help, halal meal preparation, respite for family caregivers, and end-of-life support alongside hospice. For skilled nursing or medical procedures, work with a licensed home-health agency — many families use both.
